| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 管理研究所 === 105 === The application of enterprise of industrial computer has becoming bigger, more various, humane, convenient, and applicable, with the rapid development, reasonable price, and internet popularization of the personal computer technique. The related PC products require lasting development to meet the needs of the customer for different functions and to keep pace with their original speed of production.
This paper consists of two parts: case contents and teaching manual. It is hoped that the paper will provide the manager with situation evolvement, to be able to make a careful and objective analysis of information and possible conclusions for definite executive efficiency.
The paper tells about the rearrangement of a verification unit of the case industrial computer products. Each product line assisted by the unit may be regarded as a small industrial computer company. The unit’s test experiences of different fields and requirements vary. The market changes fast and variedly. There must be sorts of solutions to the problem faced by organization alteration, and the personnel consideration must be more flexible.
This study may be used for investigation into the sense of employee identification, alteration theory, encouragement theory, system theory, etc. It is also hoped that the study may be serviceable to related issues.
