The research used our special designed adjustable illuminance LED module to replace the original light sources in the most commercial plant-growing box which available in market, by using long-term experimental records, the growing of plants verified the effect of different specific wavelength of light for the functional-plants growing. The research was categraried into experimental group and control group. The experimental groups used two boxes for dimming the blue light respecitively, to avoid the seasonal temperature differences. The control group box used conventional white LED light. The functional-plant used in this research was high value added plants Lactuca sativa. The result showed that different wave length of light output has great influence for different functional-plants growing which could be helpful and guidence reference for future vegetable planting or environment beautifying in indoor residence and office.
