However, China use their abundant money and powerful resource to development their semiconductor field. China government makes every endeavor to growth strength in their semiconductor field from IC design to assembly and test field. Big assembly and test enterprise can through enterprise merge to get more resource. And they can content with China when China grow up in the future. But there are many small and medium assembly and test enterprises in Taiwan. How can they continue to operate their company when they face a critical threat in price or other threats in the future. This study uses SWOT and porter five forces analysis method to find out small and medium assembly and test enterprise advantage and weakness in internal and external. Including enterprise’s business scope、customers、product application and skill、financial structure. According to these analysis result to provide objective suggestion of strategy in enterprise development.
