For the first part, the Ni0.5(Ti1-xMx)0.5NbO4 (M=Ce, Sn) dielectric ceramics system are developed by solid-state route, and the characteristics of Ni0.5(Ti1-xMx)0.5NbO4 (M=Ce, Sn) dielectric ceramics are also investigated by changing the x value (x=0.1、0.3、0.5、0.7、0.9、1) and different sintering temperatures. From the experimental results, Ni0.5Ce0.5NbO4 ceramics have the excellent dielectric properties which are εr ~ 20.8, Q×f ~ 25,100 GHz and τf ~ 8.2 ppm/°C at a sintering temperature of 1280oC for 6 hours. On the other hand, Ni0.5Sn0.5NbO4 ceramics also have the excellent dielectric properties which are εr ~ 32.8, Q×f ~ 28,600 GHz and τf ~ 16.9 ppm/°C at a sintering temperature of 1340oC for 6 hours. For the second part, a triple-band monopole antenna which meets the LTE Band7 (2.62GHz-2.69GHz), the WLAN 802.11y (3.65GHz-3.7GHz) and the WLAN 802.11a (5.47GHz-5.725GHz) has been designed using the electromagnetic simulation software. Finally, the pattern of triple-band monopole antenna is implemented on the FR4 and Ni0.5Ce0.5NbO4 substrates and compare the component characteristics.
