The industries have to reduce cost to maintain their business. Consequently, creating a deterioration of the domestic employment market. Therefore, this study aims to explore the relationships among organizational factors, job involvement, family conflict, and job satisfaction in the domestic electronics manufacturing company. The results of this study are as followed: 1.“Age”, “seniority”, and “work year” will affect “position” in the company. 2.“Gender”, “education”, and “seniority“ will affect “department” in the company. 3.The staff has a highest degree of recognition on family conflict, followed by job satisfaction. 4.There is low correlation between: “Gender” and organizational culture; “Gender” and job involvement; “marriage” and family conflict. 5.There is low correlation between: “seniority” and organizational culture; “seniority” and family conflict. 6.Difference department has difference degree of recognition on organizational system”, family conflict, and job satisfaction. 7.Organizational culture, organizational system, and organizational commitment have a positive impact on job involvement. 8.Job involvement has a positive impact on job satisfaction. 9.Family conflict has a negative impact on job involvement and job satisfaction.
