Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立虎尾科技大學 === 工業管理系工業工程與管理碩士在職專班 === 105 === Textiles are one of the necessities of people’s daily life. In recent years, with the progress of science and technology and the improvement of living standards, people are requiring more and more about the wearing comfort which has become the driving force of the textile industry to move forward continuously. Hence, the current textile industry tends to focus on the comfort and functionality of the textile development, therefore, a variety of intelligent and functional fabric have been born in response to these, and, “moisture-permeability waterproof” coating fabric is one of them. “Moisture-permeable waterproof” textile is a functional fabric that is rain proof while the moisture can penetrate outward so the sweat vapor will not be exposed inside the clothing and lead to uncomfortable conditions like wet and cold.Hence, the textile is the best choice for outdoor sports and leisure use. However, moisture permeability and waterproof are two contradictory conditions. Therefore, how to obtain the best parameters when the fabric is coated so that the fabric can be both waterproof and moisture permeability is the purpose of this study. In this study, the water-based polyurethanes (WPU) was coated and tested by Taguchi method to get the pamameters for achieving the best moisture permeability and water resistance. The experimental method was as follows: To explore the moisture permeability and water resistance for three levels of four factors as the amount ofsilicaadded, silicic acid added, bridging agent added, and coating viscosity by using the L9(34) orthogonal array. After the application of Taguchi method, the optimum parameters were as follows: the addition amount of silica was 0g, the addition amount of bridging agent was 0.5g, the dosage of silicic acid was 0g, and the viscosity of resin coating was 15000cps.
