The reflection wavelength of fiber Bragg grating is sensitive to strain, temperature and vibration. When the vibration signal applied to the fiber Bragg grating, it will caused the center wavelength changed. Utilize the slope of the arrayed waveguide grating pass band to accomplish light intensity modulation. Arrayed waveguide gratings can use multiple fiber Bragg gratings for multi-point measurements. We use two fiber Bragg grating sensors to measure vibration. We apply vibration signal between two fiber Bragg gratings. The oscilloscope shows the different time of two measured signals.
