This active sucker is different from those on the markets that are mainly passive. In this study, the mini-vacuum pump 370-B is used as the suction motor. The pressure of the mini pump can reach as low as -65.6 KPa. The active sucker has a main vacuum head made of silica gel with a diameter of 42mm and another two smaller vacuum heads that also made of silica gel with the diameter of 30mm. When the active sucker absorbed on top of the surface of the glass, the loading capacity reached up to 3Kg, but the load just arrived at 1.4Kg in the rough painted wall. The 18650 lithium-ion battery was used to store the energy. The main components of the active sucker include the protection circuit, the boost circuit, the voltage regulator circuit, and the power display circuit. It also provides a power of 5V1A for a 3C product charging. In the final, this paper adopts the fourth generation circuit of our study under the 5V1A specification. The charging time reaches as long as 1 hour and 40 minutes. This active sucker has the advantages of over charge and discharge protection, power indicator, long standby of 133.67hr, and 5 hr for loading.
