The development of modern war in the 21st century has changed because of digitization, technology, precision and automation. There are emphasize to replace man power with fire power quality with quantity, and flexibility with group. Therefore, to maximize the effectiveness of weaponry, the military will need long-term training of specialized, high quality of Volunteer military soldiers. In Taiwan, the duration military service has been cut shortened from 2 years gradually since1988. Military service term was 20 months in 2004, 18 months in 2005, 16 months in 2006 14 months in 2007 years 12 months, in 2008, and 2013 so far this year has been adjusted in the Republic of subprime after 83 months standing military 4 month in 2013. In this situation military forces always do basic training, and no stagnant combat power was built. Therefore, the existing national army "of enlisted parallel" military combat power source at military recruiting policy depends on the volunteer soldiers of Examination. However, volunteer soldiers to leave their camp after camp veterans also affect the important issue of maintaining the combat capability of the army. This study was designed to investigate the community youth to odtain a volunteer soldier is subject to various environmental factors from the camp: As cadres lradership skills, individual adaptation to the environment, welfare vision and a variety of intimal and external environmental factors, thereby affecting their willingness to leave the c Thus, by its own success Ridge serves on new training center and training officers. y volunteer soldiers after entering the camp to explore the benefits of individual adaptation to the environment, career planning, leadership skills and the relationship of willingness to stay. In this study, 310 questionnaires were collected, and 300 valid questionnaires were collected. The effective rate was 96.7%. The relevant effects were discussed by narrative statistical analysis, reliability analysis, Pearson analysis and regression analysis. The results found that: 1. Volunteer military soldier welfare conditions for the better, the higher the willingness to leave the camp. 2. The extent to adapt to the environment is good, the higher the willingness to leave the camp. 3. From the benefits of treatment, environmental adaptation found that the individual career planning and retention will have a corresponding significant impact.
