According to different curriculum design patterns, we can find out the differences between satisfaction and skills of students. In this study, 40 tennis beginners from Grade 7 of National High School in Taipei were selected as experimental group. The tennis skill test and the tennis learning satisfaction were used as the tools. The students were divided into two groups by random sampling. One group is the fun of teaching group, and the other group is the traditional teaching group. After eight weeks of experimental teaching, we can see the test scores for the learning effect before and after teaching. With independent samples and dependent samples T test statistical analysis, the results are summarized as follows: First, the students in the fun group had significant differences in boring sensation, but the traditional group did not reach significant differences. The fun group felt more enjoy than the traditional group in learning. Second, the learning skills of students in both fun and traditional group were significantly different. Fun and traditional groups’ forehand stroke were significant differences, while the backhand strokes’ were not significant differences. The fun group learned better than the traditional group.
