The product life cycle is so short that we need a new idea to solve it. If we don't give priority to deal with the product, it will easily get rotten. Smallholders also need more regular customers who can buy their products so often to balance live on. If it can't reach break-even during a period of time, they wouldn't keep doing it. With the coming of The Internet, Cross-Border E commcerce has come to be one of the most recent trends. It doesn't depend on bricks and mortar, markets and auctions. The trade marketing had much of problem which seems like shipping fee, manpower and rent of shop in the past. The paper provides a business model of group buying, we combines online with offline to reduce the cost of shipping fee. Besides, it don't have such cost of labor and rent.
