Summary:碩士 === 靜宜大學 === 管理碩士在職專班 === 105 === In the early Taiwan traditional society, it was easy to hear that a good man wouldn’t serve in the army. However, because of social change, the tendency to have fewer children, aging society, and the relation change between China and Taiwan, Department of Defense started organizational change and adjustment military organizations in three stage. They promoted Jingtsui Program(1997-2001), Jingjing Program(2002-2011), and Jingtre Program(2012-2015). Although the Department of Defense decide that the continuing rationalization of the ROC armed forces, Department of Defense ignore the difficult about person, product, property, and environmental buffets, and makes soldier want to quit. Therefore, this search is going to explore the relevance and influence that how much passion of soldier to working environment, salary, and the will to stay at the army after organizational change of Department of Defense. This study is based on questionnaire survey. A total of 250 questionnaires were issued and 218 valid questionnaires were collected. The results were as follows: 1. Military organizations has good influence to working environment. 2. Working environment, salary and welfare has good influence to the will of staying in the army. 3. Military organizations has good influence to the will of staying in the army.
