Service design is an important strategy which can not be ignored for the financial industry which is currently facing transformation. Based on the TRIZ theory analysis, this paper explores the empirical analysis of Taiwan Bank's banking and customer service design, and analyzes Taiwan's banking industry, Taipei Fubon Bank, as an example. The mobile banking interface design and analysis is introduced into the service design. With the induction, followed by expert interviews, and then developed the future of consumers more preferred service design innovation program model and network questionnaire verification, the conclusion of the study, the future action bank service quality items: security confidentiality, ease of operation, easy to use x, precision with, instant feedback, customization, are affecting the customer bid or use the action bank APP important factor.
