In this study, through the commercial model canvas, by direct observation, document analysis, interviews, case studies, respectively, depicting the Near-expiration Grocery and “foodoutlet.com” business model, and compare the difference, and put forward the "22King Near-expiration Grocery Store" business model innovation strategy. The results of this study are as follows: 1.First, the "22King Near-expiration Grocery Store " business model of the main competitive advantage: Value Proposition Value Propositions are the starting point of its business model, through the value proposition to drive the target consumers, establish a word of mouth, so that aspiring entrepreneurs to join, the formation of the main source of income. 2.Second, the " foodoutlet.com " business model of the main competitive advantage: Key Resources Key Resources are the main business model starting point, because there is a friendship with the supplier so there is a stable supply of goods, through key resources, clear value proposition, through the channel to the target consumer, and then by establishing relationships with customers, bringing customers back, Forming a major revenue stream. 3.Third, the "22King Near-expiration Grocery Store" and " foodoutlet.com " business model of the main differences "22King Near-expiration Grocery Store": open to join, supply platform business model. " foodoutlet.com ": chain store business model. 4.Fourth, the "22King Near-expiration Grocery Store" business model innovation strategy (1)Customer Relationships: building membership to help the store to develop patrons and establishing communication tools of active marketing. (2)Channels: increase the way goods flow, reduce inventory, increase sales. (3)Key Partnerships: Increase the ERP system, as an operational backing, the future through its system to provide data, after analyzing the data, as a marketing strategy and forecast sales. (4)Key Resources: continued expansion of the number of shops, the amount of goods will soon be insufficient to allocate, development of new commodity sources, maintain a short-term commodity in the total commodity has a certain proportion.
