In order to maintain the company's image, Chunghwa Post Company must address the needs of employees and enhance their performance. The couriers were the study objects in this research. The path analysis method of AMOS was used to confirm the proposed cause-effect model of engagement for the couriers. This research found that this cause-effect model does apply to couriers work. Adding found 1. Differences in the personnel system will produce the opposition among couriers and affect the emotions and performance in work. 2. Through the use of incentives, can improve the performance of job engagement and to form a good cycle in the cause-effect model.
