As a result, we need to research the problem that cooperation of people is relevant to information of team. Additionally, tendency, age and thinks of people is also related to the research. The appearance of result increase information exchange, when values of team is similar. The situation is benefit to business performance. Bedside as mentioned above, creativity of team is also another important factor which organization concern. In conclusion, The situations are cooperation and creativity of team which are benefit to business performance. In this study, research data was collected from 381 valid samples of financial services organization in Taiwan. Conducting CFA and path analysis by Amos software. After the analysis, the study results are as follow. First of all , network density will cause positive effects on team information exchange. Second, team information exchange will cause positive effects on team creativity. Besides, team information exchange has mediating effect in network density effectively influence team creativity. Final, the higher homogeneity of the team, can not strengthen the network density and team information exchange relationship. After the analysis, the study results are as follow. First of all , network density will cause positive effects on team information exchange. Second, team information exchange will cause positive effects on team creativity. Besides, team information exchange has mediating effect in network density effectively influence team creativity. Final, the higher homogeneity of the team, can not strengthen the network density and team information exchange relationship.
