This study conducted a case study using AHP to assist a web marketing company to select a video production partner. First, we determined the criteria and the corresponding criteria three levels of analysis by the focus meeting, including the important production experience with sensitivity, innovation and accuracy, responsiveness, pay attention to production concept of fashion, popular feeling, the exclusive sense, empathy, scene and human resources, material resources, production capacity and cyber source value, followed by the analysis and calculation of some criterion level, finally will sort the results of the case for the industry as a reference. By the application of analytic hierarchy process, this study suggests that when the enterprise faces multiple decisions, because the alternative has its advantages and disadvantages, just look at the space environment and market trend of the enterprise faces and decide, based on small in principle, so AHP method can help decision makers decision criteria to make the optimal decision ranking, the most favorable development of enterprises.
