Summary:碩士 === 世新大學 === 經濟學研究所(含碩專班) === 105 === This thesis studies the impacts of high school characteristics and YIMBY and NIMBY facilities on house prices in Zhonghe district of New Taipei City via collecting the information of a total of 4,535 houses from August, 2012 to November, 2016. Using ordinary least squares estimation the empirical results indicate that prices decreases in the distance of houses from the district high school in district. Near a viaduct and substation have a negative impact on house prices, while closer to a park or library has a positive impact on house prices. Substituting estimated coefficients into the regression and obtaining predictive house prices, the mean absolute percentage error in Zhonghe district is10.77%, lower than before . Houses having absolute percentage error higher than 45% are mainly located far from MRT stations .
