However, many studies have pointed out that (1) the quality of service has a positive relationship with the purchase intention; (2) the product quality is the key factor when the customer chooses the commodity; (3) the experience has a significant relationship with the purchase intention. For the quality of service, experience, the quality of the product on the purchase of the intention to help mobile phone manufacturers to develop marketing programs. In this study, the definition of product quality, service quality, experience experience and purchase intention was first reviewed through the literature review. Then, according to the questionnaire, the single factor analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis were used to determine the Causality or relevance. The results show that the product quality has a significant positive impact on the customer's purchase intention. The quality of service has a significant positive impact on the customer's purchase intention. The quality of the product and the service quality will be regulated by the experience.
