Description
Summary:碩士 === 世新大學 === 資訊管理學研究所(含碩專班) === 106 === In the global computer technology industry has become more and more developed and popular era of computer graphics industry, large-scale production and competitive situation, but also a major focus of the computer industry. On the one hand, the quality requirements of the consumption is getting higher and higher, and in the current global green as the main axis of the environment, now immediately focus on the problem. Six sigma, this method can be certain in the business sector certainty, can effectively improve the reliability of product design and correctness. Therefore, this thesis uses this as the theme, the use of six standard deviation method of the basic steps: five stages of the definition, measurement, analysis, improvement and control, analysis of factory manufacturing to finished product inspection data collection, master graphics industry, the key to the process of production quality Factors to achieve the highest quality improvement effect. The results show that the use of six standard deviation of the quality improvement technology, can effectively reduce the graphics card overheating and fan module abnormalities, resulting in the display card in the operation of abnormal sound situation, if the future can continue to use six standards throughout the factory production and Feed inspection process using bad, I believe can improve the company's market competitiveness, save a lot of unnecessary costs.
