At present, the growing demand for leisure sports, more and more people into the ranks of the campaign, aerobic dance is one of the popular among the people. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the relationship among intrinsic leisure motivation, serious leisure and leisure satisfaction with the participants in aerobic dances. In this study, 380 questionnaires were sent to such as the sports centers, health clubs, communities, schools and other aerobic classes or aerobic dance societies. A total of 296 valid questionnaires were obtained and the effective ratio of questionnaires was 77.9%. SPSS and AMOS analysis software were used for descriptive statistical analysis, reliability and validity test, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis and hierarchical regression analysis. The results show that the intrinsic leisure motivation has a significant positive effect on leisure satisfaction. The intrinsic leisure motivation has a significant positive effect on serious leisure, and serious leisure has a significant positive effect on leisure satisfaction Serious leisure has the median effect on the intrinsic leisure motivation and leisure satisfaction. The results of this study have the meaning of management, and for future reseaech.
