If all the remaining variables are in line with the same, whether they think users would consider more convenient to use more useful technology. In this study, the average consumer mobile devices have been used as the main object of study, research issues due to the current domestic "Cloud Service" is the development and application of a formula related to mobile devices and other technical aspects of research papers and larger proportion of the number of issues, But consumers ''cloud services'' usage behavior and acceptance levels to explore issues related to relatively small amount compared to the next, apart because "cloud services" usage has increased steadily, whether it is the school staff, students, public institutions, government agencies, Even the corporate sector is generally user for "Cloud Service" to the dramatic increase in demand and the use of Japanese and general users to "cloud services" awareness and acceptance of the use of methods more and more visible cloud services for life importance. This study used questionnaires to analyze user behavior patterns of use of mobile devices, and collect "cloud services" and a number of relevant documents and information to increase integrity of the study.
