| Summary: | 碩士 === 南臺科技大學 === 企業管理系 === 105 === Furniture and social culture are closely connected with people’s quality of living and values. However, the furniture sector is facing shifts in multiple techniques and the crisis of talent shortage. To solve issues related to talent needs and employment, this study has developed a competency-based training program by using the ADDIE teaching model to create a systemized program design, map relevance and completeness of the program content and create a competency model for furniture carpenters and a program map as the basis. This model for program teaching design can make competency training more clear and help learners with effective improvement of their self-regulated learning ability. It also enables companies to further the development of their talent training and thus increase the competitiveness of the sector.
