Therefore it’s important to develop cultural attractions in order to attracts visitors. By doing so, some of villages even found plagiarism by copying foreign animation. However, this business model doesn’t meet on the development of rural culture in our country. This essay points on the development of rural culture should combine with local resources, natural environment, characteristic spots and local stories. To create a sustainable development and make it profitable. This essay discussed about the topic of plagiarism from the development of rural culture; Analyzed foreign and domestic individual cases. And realized the solution of improving the current situation suggestion: 1. Rural are encouraged to held Cultural and Creative activities 2. Adapt to changing administrative strategies after failure policies 3. Government and Villages Administration should learn about success cases in cultural activities from all around the world. 4.
