Summary:碩士 === 南臺科技大學 === 教育領導與評鑑研究所 === 105 === A Study of the Relationship between the Curriculum leadership and Teaching Effectiveness in Public Preschools in Tainan City ABSTRACT The purpose of the study was to identify the present actuality of Principals’Curriculum leadership, and Teachers’Teaching Effectiveness, in Preschool, than compared the difference among different background and different school position teachers in Principals’ Curriculum leadership, and Teachers’ Teaching Effectiveness. The main models were testified constructed from literature review, and theoretical foundation. Self-made questionnaires are adopted in this research, the target subjects include the teachers and substitute teachers of all public Preschools in Tainan, includingprincipals, directors , and teachers, 261 valid samples are collected. The questionnaire have three parts , including “demographic background of the teachers” , “Principals’ Curriculum leadership” and “Teachers’ Teaching Effectiveness”. After the data have been carefully studied by using statistical methods of descriptive statistics, t test, Pearsons’ product-moment correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis, the conclusions were as follows: 1. Principals’ Curriculum leadership and Teachers’ Teaching Effectiveness in Preschool of Tainan County were well level. 2. The results showed that some significantly difference among different background and different preschool position teachers in Principals’ Curriculum leadership, Teachers’ Teaching Effectiveness. 3. Characteristics of Teachers’ Teaching Effectiveness had a better performance than Principals’ Curriculum leadership. 4. And the results also showed Principals’ Curriculum leadership simultaneously significantly positive influence Teachers’ Teaching Effectiveness. There are mutual influence relationships between Principals’ Curriculum leadership and Teachers’ Teaching Effectiveness. Finally, based on the research results, the researcher proposes some suggestions to Institute of Educational Administration, preschools, teachers and related researches in the future.
