To offer different and convenient services of learning and network cohesiveness for multi-dimensional tribal grouping student through the platform. Students may condense strength of studying, share gains, note down course of studying, get scientific and technological new knowledge, and facilitate improving, studying strength, creativity by way of interactive learning process of the platform. The e-Portfolio systems record learning process for learners. The orange technology emphasizes that people originally show loving care for with humanity, to develop health, happiness, and care technology. Study the skill and serve the platform to promote the chance to lean towards regional student's scientific education and to reduce the drop in study of digit. Cloud learning service map applied to different learning situations, for example, " A Case of the e-Portfolio system " based on the Technology Acceptance Model and integrating learning models. To enhance learning motivation and interest in learning integrating learning models of flow Learning and Inquiry-Based Learning into the teaching learning activities. This study to increase system characteristics of the external variables, reliability and validity, analysis to measure the Human-Computer Interaction and users through the interaction between the degree of influence, Questionnaire for User Interface Satisfaction (QUIS). Also, different statistics methods used to examine and test the concept model and prove the relationships among different variables.
