In the case of Taizhou ocean world kindergarten, Republic of China, the objects of study were parents and teachers. The 274 valid questionnaires were analyzed. The results of research showed that the importance and satisfaction had the highest points. Then it followed by curriculum safety, management and equipment. The IPA showed the differences between importance and satisfaction was -0.4. The hands-on area needed to be improved first. The Marine Conference was the second one which had-0.24. It provided parents and teacher the knowledge by hosting Marine Educational Conference. The third was teachers attending the oversea Marine courses. As a consequence, the management and safety of curriculum earned 4.0 from parents and teachers, which represented the positive feedback.
