The purpose of the study is to investigate the following research questions: 1. Is it helpful for students to participate in the employment program to promote their learning performance? 2. What is the impact of the students’ participating in the employment program on their learning attitudes? To evaluate the proposed approach, this study utilize an employment program in a University in middle Taiwan to conduct related internship and experiments. The results shows that the students are satisfied with the arrangement of the employment program. Also, the learning performance of the students are promoted.
