碩士 === 亞洲大學 === 行動商務與多媒體應用學系 === 105 === In recent years, the unemployment rate of youth population has been increasing all over the world. The purpose of the study is to investigate the following research questions: 1. Is it helpful for students to participate in the employment program to promote their learning performance? 2. What is the impact of the students’ participating in the employment program on their learning attitudes? To evaluate the proposed approach, this study utilize an employment program in a University in middle Taiwan to conduct related internship and experiments. The results shows that the students are satisfied with the arrangement of the employment program. Also, the learning performance of the students are promoted. Finally, the directors of the companies participating in this program are satisfied with the performance and attitudes of the students.
