The information include private data and commercial digital product. Because Internet is a public environment and unsecure, any data can be got from the Internet include private data. Securely delivery private data and copyright protection of digital content are two most important issues. In this research, we will focus on two issues: (1) Private information delivery, and (2) Digital rights protection with webpage. HTML is a high flexibility to present a colorful webpage. For example, in HTML tag attributes, "style" attribute can be used to change color, font size, font family and so on. The proposed method used the HTML tag attribute modification to hide the secret message and watermark for achieving secret delivery and copyright protection respectively.
