Therefore, an enterprise, which has excellent employees, can get better and better. For bank, the quicker to reach the preset business goals, the more profits can be gained, hence the management performance of bank can be improved. In order to create a better performance of bank, gain a double win between banks and employees, the most important issue now for bank is how to improve overall job performance of employee. Thus, discovering the key that affects the job performance of an employee from their current status has become the most important topic. This study to study how to effectively improve the job performance of its employees based on U Bank. First, in-depth interviews were conducted with staff from U Bank Taichung branches in order to understand the factor that affect their performance. The concluded results from the questionnaires were used to analyze the relations between concluded factors and their performance. This results point out the factors that affect job performance include leadership style, employee’s personality traits, corporate structure, and motivation system, which they a significant relationship with an employee’s performance at work. According to the results of the study, the conclusions and suggestions can be provided not only to the bank to consider the factors while improving the job performance of the employee, but also to the employee to get better job performance.
