The success or failure of its promotion affects the rise and decline of national physical education enterprise deeply. The purpose of this study is to know more about the current management status of school physical education in Nangang Junior High School of Nantou County over the period of 2016 and to explore what problems might encounter while managing and thus propose some related suggestion based on the results for the improvement in the future. This study applies case study approach and Content Analytical Method to analyze the content of the implementation of school physical education at all levels. According to the results, the researcher suggested: 1. The management of physical education administration: Nangang Junior High School should set up school physical education committee, set out annual physical education implementation plans and budget annual physical education funds. 2. The management of physical education teaching: Nangang Junior High School should hold Physical Education Research Meeting for teachers, encourage physical education teachers to participate in professional curricula, and hold cognitive assessment of physical education for students. Meanwhile, school should not arrange physical education classes before lunch and after the nap or substitute physical eduction classes for other subjects. 3. The management of physical education activities: Nangang Junior High School should set up fitness tests based on fitness testing norms and the test results; in addition, school should hold sports field day annually and every kind of sports competitions three times per semester. Nangang Junior High School should also arrange some physical education activities during field trips and outdoor education activities. Besides, school should set up inter-school physical education activity programs. Last but not least, school should reduce the business volume outside school for the school physical education section to normalize the promotion of physical education activities in school. 4. The management of sports team: Nangang Junior High School should set team rules and incentive programs for the sports team. Besides, school should implement gender equality during sports team’s participation in the competitions. 5. The management of sports facilities: Sports Equipment Room in Nangang Junior High School should be improved. Basketball courts and outdoor volleyball courts should be maintained as well. 6. The management of safety in physical education: Safety precautions and instructions should be indicated obviously in the basketball courts, the volleyball courts, the athletic field, and the activity center. Sports injury prevention classes should be held regularly.
