Object of this study is prison guards of 8 prisons in middle Taiwan. In this study, 750 questionnaires were collected by convenient sampling, and 567 valid questionnaires were collected. The effective questionnaire was 75.6 %. The results were obtained using statistical techniques, such as descriptive statistical analysis, correlation analysis, reliability and validity analysis, independent sample T test, single factor analysis and regression analysis. The results of this study are as follows : First, Leisure conflict has a negative impact on organizational identity. Second, social support has a positive impact on organizational identity. Third, Leisure conflict has a negative impact on the degree of engagement. Fourth, social support has a positive impact on the degree of Engagement. organizational identity has a positive impact on the degree of engagement. Finally, based on the results of the analysis, the researcher makerecommendations for the possible future researches.
