碩士 === 亞洲大學 === 休閒與遊憩管理學系 === 105 === The purpose of this study is to explore the causality between Leisure conflict and social support and the results related to organizational identity and engagement. Object of this study is prison guards of 8 prisons in middle Taiwan. In this study, 750 questionnaires were collected by convenient sampling, and 567 valid questionnaires were collected. The effective questionnaire was 75.6 %. The results were obtained using statistical techniques, such as descriptive statistical analysis, correlation analysis, reliability and validity analysis, independent sample T test, single factor analysis and regression analysis. The results of this study are as follows : First, Leisure conflict has a negative impact on organizational identity. Second, social support has a positive impact on organizational identity. Third, Leisure conflict has a negative impact on the degree of engagement. Fourth, social support has a positive impact on the degree of Engagement. organizational identity has a positive impact on the degree of engagement. Finally, based on the results of the analysis, the researcher makerecommendations for the possible future researches.
