The assessment of the program covers students’ accomplishment in reading, Mathematics and Science.Taiwan has been participating in the program since 2006, and compared with the field of mathematics, Taiwanese students’ reading ability is not good, which raise intense awareness in the society. The training of students’ reading ability should be put into practice in no time.Since then, the government has continued to promote reading, mobile libraries are seen as a major method to narrow the urban-rural gap. This study explores the impact on students’ reading frequency after mobile libraries started providing in-school service. With the facilitation of mobile libraries, the expected results of the study will be students’ increasing book borrowing rate, the maintenance of students’reading frequency, and the cultivation of the habit of continuous reading.By training students’ reading ability, we hope to improve students’ cognition and comprehension and expect reading ability to be helpful to students’ learning in other fields.
