碩士 === 東海大學 === 工業設計學系 === 105 === In 2007, WHO published in the "Senior Citizen City Guide", and it was indicated that “Transportation” ranked second, and the key factors affecting the elderly are the accessibility, affordability, reliability and trips frequency, age-friendly transportation, safety and comfort, information, etc, showing that the importance of transportations in an aging society. The aging society with the increase in the number of medical treatment, and in the social welfare system has become increasingly completed, the transportations to the medical places become more important. There aren’t enough transportations for medical care for elderly people, and medical treatment is faced with physical and psychological obstructions and sufferings, in order to allow transportation resources can be integrated and properly used, and can alleviate the elderly who seek medical treatments. In this study , to integrate the medical vehicles for the elderly people as the goal, and to explore the elderly and transport between the needs and problems, and put forward the integration of transport research recommendations.First of all, for the elderly who need medical vehicles, the rehabilitation bus, barrier-free taxi, medical shuttle bus and bus service overview, many modes of transportations and the structure of the vehicle are different. For travel demand, to explore the elderly in the process of medical treatment and physiological needs as the main idea, and associated with the psychological aspects of the elderly people. In order to understand the problems and troubles of elderly people for medical treatment, we should first interview drivers, administrative staff and the elderly people to understand the views of both sides and extract the key factors; and then focusing on the groups , visiting the transport service expert groups and the senior groups.Through the differences between the service and the users, and the elderly medical treatment point of view can be more mulitiple. The problems will be summarized, which including six factors: "appointment", " path "," time "," the equipment of the vehicle","psychological feelings "and" expectation ". To conclude the study, the design proposal for the integration of the elderly medical vehicles was proposed. We hoped that through the attachment between the users and the mobile devices, the establishment of the transportations to hospital for senior citizens should be established and the quality of medical seeking behavior for the elderly should be improved.
