However, the program has been implemented since 2010, but we have never collated and studied this experience, so that the lack of evidence. So the researcher entered the Youth’s Drama Workshop and participated in the course through the opportunities of internship. In addition to record process and to write internship report, the researcher also interviewed the case-work and, with the consent of the teenager and the drama teacher. In the case of the consent of the youth and the drama teacher, the researcher obtains the texts of the youth’s sharing their life-story and the script of stage performance. Finally, to analyze the data by case study method, then understanding the implementation of Taichung Youth’s Drama Workshop and its impact on young people. This study found that youth’s self-growth was remarkable after participating in Taichung Youth’s Drama Workshop. The young people in the theater workshops whether or not they have experience of theater performance training, they explored themselves and learn more about their physical and mental changes through training courses or performance. Including the ability of the performance for drama to enhance , to enhance self-confidence by the expressiveness, to promote self-exploration, to express the voice of young people by presentation. In the professional cooperation and efficiency between drama-education and social work, the study found that through the process drama-education to create social work services, to build relationships with young people, and to observe the physical and mental changes of adolescents. In order to make the professional partnership closely, socialworkers and teachers of drama will meet after class to discuss the course and special circumstances. And discuss the methods of intervention, to achieve complementarity between the professional.
