Summary:碩士 === 東海大學 === 社會工作學系 === 105 === In this study, we used a census survey to examined how private sector social workers working as a contractor in “ family-based intervention plan in the child protection” program perceived conflicts between public and private sectors’ treatments. This study described relations among causes of conflicts, coping intentions, advantage judgments and conflict coping behaviors to demonstrated how both sectors arranged with conflicts in cooperation. Results of this study can be a reference to improve service quality control in a cooperate situation. We used both online and paper questionnaires in this census survey. Total population in this survey is 233. We excluded some inadequate subjects and those who refused to participate. The final questionnaire sent out were 177. Valid questionnaires were 161. Results, conclusions and suggestions are as below: 1. Causes of conflicts between public and private sector social workers were mainly from expectation differences and delegate restrictions; most conflict coping intensions were collaborate and compromise; most advantage judgment are trust/respect attitude and interest evaluation; most coping behaviors shown in the results were collaborate and compromise. 2. Different personal background differentiated their own relations among cause of conflict, conflict coping intention, advantage judgment, conflict coping behavior 3. Results showed that there were a correlation among cause of conflict, conflict coping intention, advantage judgment, conflict coping behavior. Our result was basically conform to the Theory of Planned Behavior. Intentions were in accordance with coping behavior and was predictable. 4. Influences of Chinese culture on advantage judgement should be considered in having conflict coping behavior. Concerning with service quality management, we suggested that coping result the conflict between both sectors should be keep studying in further research, and both sectors should keep promoting collaboration.
