| Summary: | 碩士 === 東海大學 === 高階經營管理碩士在職專班 === 105 === Since poor financial situation and lack of budget from local governments, most of fire departments do not have sufficient manpower employed according to the standard of fireman allocation. Nowadays, fire services increase day by day and manpower can’t be made up in a short time so in this case fire missions will never be fulfilled by sufficient manpower and it will make the inefficiency of fire services along with the unequal distribution of work even worse. It is very important to analyze and discuss an effective solution of manpower allocation from assigned personnel.
Miaoli County is the area of this research. The relationship between variables of fire response and manpower of fire department was presumed. Related statistical data of fire response variables were collected. Regression analysis was used to model the relationship between a response variable and one or more predictor variables and all the related statistical data of independent variable has been inputted into SPSS in order to explain the optimization of manpower allocation by predictive regression analysis.
Besides, analyzing the related statistical data of fire response at present and consulting the dispatch operation of fire service, therefore the unequal distribution of work between each unit can be improved. On the other hand, emergency medical response and citizen service response multiplied many times over in just a few years, -and it should be charged for the pays by setting up charging standards in order to prevent the public from abusing. As for the task of citizen service response, the government authority should be in charge of the job so that fire service can be simplified and the quality of fire service can eventually be promoted. As a result, the protection of life and property will be enhanced.
