One important reason is the “network relationship” that connects each company and divides the job among firms. Through a real case study, this study has derived some important conclusions. as follows: Critical factors are Managerial, Technological Abilities and Company Reputation. Finally, this paper provided some recommendations for practice of manufacturing outsourcing according to our research results.
