The purpose of this study is to explore the brand image, perceived risk and service satisfaction of non-original vehicle maintenance plants. It is expected to be able to study this, to have a better understanding of the car maintenance plant, and to understand the brand image, perceived risk and service satisfaction factors. In this study, we used statistics, single factor variation analysis, independent sample t test, pearson correlation analysis, and regression analysis. The results of the study are as follows: the brand image, the perceived risk and the service satisfaction of the car maintenance plant are significantly different, and the brand image and the perceived risk of the car maintenance factory are higher.
