Renovation (EEWH-RN) for existing buildings system was established since 2012 . Should be to try hardly to improve the total construction in Taiwan accounted for more than 97% of the total of the existing building energy conservation. We should start with the building life cycle and EEWH-RN energy efficiency conservation and achieve the best results. It should be our future goal to retrofit the existing building into a green building . This study compares the LEED O+M , Singapore BCA Green Mark Existing Buildings and HK BEAM Plus Existing Buildings assessment system in subtropical climate as the target of the non-residential buildings. Through the literature review, case investigation and in-depth interview, the paper analyzes the differences of green building and evaluation system from the perspectives of policy development, implementation and individual experience. It also proposes to research strategies and practices for promoting EEWH-RN and retrofit the existing building into a green building in Taiwan. The results of this study are illustrated in terms of policy, assessment system and industry. We will make energy efficiency goals for existing building and initial encouragement to gradually standardized with the building life cycle. EEWH-RN should take into account the characteristics of the user management and energy efficiency needs, increase the building operation management and quantitative performance. Finally, we should give priority to mandatory norms of the existing public authorities set an example, continuing to promote environmental education and corporate social responsibility programs such as promotion of the existing building to join EEWH-RN marketing practices. 蘇瑛敏 2017 學位論文 ; thesis 176 zh-TW
