碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 經營管理系碩士班 === 105 === Over the past decade, EU and most countries released and have been updating relevant regulatory and decree against all industries which have been using dangerous controlled substances. It makes those industries surface much more pressure on implementing green supply chain management. That is due to most of green jobs and processes involve the entire supply chain. For meeting those regulatory and decree, the need of “Green Supply Chain Platform” raised. However, there are not only one industry that affected by those regulatory and decree. Therefore, this research is to study the critical success factors for the implementation of the green supply chain platform of cross-industry and contribute the implementation references for those industries to implement green supply chain management more effectively and increase theirs enterprise competitiveness. For decision and definition of the factors of the implementation of the green supply chain platform, this research using experts interviews and literature review. Then, using Fuzzy DEMATEL and ISM to analysis the relation between the factors and conduct the framework for giving implementation references.
