People’s behavior has been changed drastically with the intelligent devices. Designing mobile and pad interface business promotion is a must under such an environment. WeChat is an application comply with this requirement exactly. It comes with communications, social networking and cash-flow functions and it is widely used in China. The study is based on IZ9I cycling team, which was founded by 4 young people aged 19 to 22 in HengGang, Shenzhen, China. They are dedicating to promote the Fixed gear with their extreme sports skills and excellent ability on shooting and retouching. The team supposed to create own subscription accounts on WeChat, broadcast interesting content to attract fans and then approach to money finally. We-media was known as a good tool for attracting fans from blog era. Mostly it leads to great economic results with lower cost only if the operator has the ability to create and spread the content. It is a good start for young people who has not financial resources and social background indeed. The study is to figure out the ways to shape the IZ91 team, attract followers, increase the conversion rate and achieve the profit by We-media via WeChat. Cross-match, observations, adjustment, practicing are the main methods for finding out the best model to startup a micro enterprise. The study indicated that, the Internet measurement and restriction in China are totally different from that in Taiwan. It compares the promotion methods and effects both in China and Taiwan as well.
