Thailand for Southeast Asia car production areas, aluminum alloy accounts for the amount of very impressive, such as body, engine, rim, internal parts and so on. Investment in a large-scale aluminum alloy plant, about 100 million baht or so of funds, built the plant began to produce and then have to fight the price war to attack the market, really need to spend money to cover the plant? 1.The future business model should be based on existing experience and advantages, with customers R & D products and development of the market, conservative management development of. 2.Review the status of the aluminum market in Thailand, future trends and competitive strategies, as the future sales of products test. 3.To study the core competitiveness of the case company, put forward the future sales strategy in Thailand sales, should actively develop new customers. Households, diversified mode of operation, improve the cooperation between suppliers and customers will, and how in this vast market to have a role to play.
