The total sales revenues in 2016 is 172.8 billion baht, EAT 5.4 billion baht and net total assets of 52.9 billion baht, the major shareholder is CP Group (CP ALL Public Company Limited). Siam Makro is operating total 115 Makro cash & cash and Makro food service stores, nationwide market coverage, daily servicing 3.2 million B2B customers, such like small Retialers, HoReCa and Institution. The uniqueness and diferentiation to market are “lowest price offer” and “fresh & frozen food”. The state of the art distribution centers and auto sorting system to contribute cost effective and better service level. CVS (convenient store) became the fast growing channel in Thaiand market as well as consumer behaviors changing which it proved from Marko Taiwan market experience. Siam Marko realize the declicing trend of small retails but also see the growing trend of “eating out” and food service business. High marekt demand for food safety, cold chain, imported premium food and chain/ franchise restaurnts. Business Innovation is embeded to company culture, Innovation in Business Model, Siam Makro is opeating both cash & carry and food service companies, Innovation in busienss strategy, “prolong the life cycle of small retialers and accelerate developing HoReCa business” as well as Innovaiton to store format, multiple store format to serve customer niche.
