| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 管理學院經營管理EMBA泰國專班 === 105 === This research is based on lamination industry and implement lean production using the steps as follows: Industry structure analysis, Industry chain key success factor analysis, and Lean production factory implementation analysis. Also this research gives references from different industry as references. This research discovers that the industry value chain laid within waste elimination. Lean production’s structure and tools are what creates value and eliminate waste. Base on their positioning with in value chain, this research suggests the enterprise to use lean production strategy and technique to increase or create value. Then use value proposition within the business canvas to create one piece flow enterprise process.
