The purpose of this research was to restrain explosive pressure, explosive heat, and to improving mobility in the condition of personnel safety. In this research, Geometric of buffer of rocket launchers had designed to guide fluid of explosive. Explosive pressure and explosive heat had restrained when chemical liquid in buffer of rocket launchers and fluid of explosive mixed. This research collected related patents and literatures abroad, proceeding category and analysis. The methods of physical principles used to complete the design of mechanism, using CAD to establish 3D modeling and using ANSYS to analyze the launching fluency. The new designed buffer prototype proofing has been completed and review of shooting test. The research improve the danger to personnel by explosive pressure, explosive heat, noise, vapor and high impact pressure accumulator as a soldier fires rockets in an indoor place.
