Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 機電整合研究所 === 105 === Currently, to increase productivity and reduce waste, factories are gradually being introduced to automated production systems. Automated production systems not only improve production efficiency but also reduce the chances of occurrence of human errors. However, when fixturing errors occur, production efficiency is greatly reduced and consequently, the manufacturing costs could significantly increase. Therefore, this study used Renishaw probe for the measurement of fixturing errors in five-axis machine tools. The fixturing errors were then calculated, predicted, and compensated to reduce the time taken for loading and unloading of workpieces and time for setting coordinate corrections, to reduce the accumulated errors of the machine tool, and to increase productivity.
