The approximate area is estimated by topographic maps in different precisions, and then accompanied by on-site reconnaissance, preliminary surveys and registered building-story information; the demolition and relocation area is re-estimated on different building-structure classifications in accordance with local government regulations. According to Article 24 of Land Expropriation Act, “The ownerships of expropriated land or constructional improvements or other rights thereon shall be recognized as recorded in the land register or constructional improvement register on the date of public announcement of expropriation.” In planning stages, most of the payment of relocation compensation is estimated by aerial photographs conducted on airplanes. If the now prevailing UAS, with its high maneuverability and sensibility, is alternatively adopted, might the outcomes accord with those estimated via conventional survey results? In addition, during field investigation stages, the intended expropriating scope recorded in UAS on public announcement date of expropriation can be utilized to verify the field investigation information so as to meet the schedule requirement of relevant regulations and rationality. From this experiment, we can find that UAS aerial model estimates that the number of building demolition buildings is quite close, and it is clear that if you know the building materials in a short time, you can use the UAS aerial survey and supplement the current lack of assessment place.? 張哲豪 學位論文 ; thesis 66
