Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北科技大學 === 化學工程與生物科技系生化與生醫工程碩士班 === 105 === The genetic performance will be different because of the noise, this phenomenon is called stochasticity. In previous, stochasticity was an annoying factor. But it has been noticed that it has unusual function in cellular activities. In this experiment, we simulated a mutually inhibitory bistable system. Then we added inhibitors which bind to regulator protein in this network. It altered stochasticity of regulator protein and changed bimodal distribution. But many people considered that inhibitor might increase protein consumption that cause distribution changed. We proposed that inhibitor changed distribution not only increased protein consumption but also caused the change of stochasticity.
